Bring the issue you want to discuss. We can review your resume or LinkedIn profile at a high level, talk through your current job-search strategy, discuss career direction, interview concerns, or another specific question where you want an experienced perspective.
The goal is to help you get clearer on what may be happening, what deserves your attention, and what your next step should be.
This call is available once per person. It is a conversational consultation rather than a working session. It does not include a written report or action plan, document rewriting, or follow-up deliverables.
This working session is built around a specific career or job-search problem you want to solve.
We can work on career direction, job-search strategy, personal branding and positioning, networking and outreach, interview performance, offer evaluation, salary negotiation, or another career decision where you need experienced guidance.
During the session, we'll work directly on the problem together. Depending on the situation, that may include developing your strategy, refining your positioning or outreach messages, working through a decision, improving how you approach interviews, or building a clearer path forward.
The focus is on solving and implementing, not simply discussing the issue. You'll leave with clear recommendations, specific next steps, and a practical action plan you can put to work immediately.
This project is for professionals who want me to personally rebuild the career branding and positioning materials they use to present themselves to employers.
We'll begin with a working session where we'll go through your current resume and LinkedIn profile in detail. I'll interview you about your experience, accomplishments, responsibilities, target roles, and career story so I can understand your background well enough to write on your behalf.
After our session, I'll spend approximately three additional hours independently researching, developing your positioning strategy, and writing your new materials. The full project typically involves four hours of my work: one hour together and around three hours of independent research and writing.
The focus is on building new materials for you, not simply reviewing what you already have or recommending how to improve them. Once the first drafts are complete, revisions are included until you're satisfied with the final copy.
This is a defined personal-branding and writing project. It does not include ongoing job-search coaching, application management, networking outreach, or interview preparation.
